Caroline Wardrop has joined IT consultancy Equinox IT as a Senior Consultant specialising in Agile coaching and training. She will be based in Equinox IT’s Auckland office.

Wardrop has an extensive background working at ASB and Sovereign for over 15 years in Scrum Master and Project Manager roles. As part of these roles she has contributed to important digital transformation initiatives as well as acted as an Agile coach and trainer to develop the capability of IT and business teams.

Equinox IT Auckland General Manager Warren Hughes commented “Caroline comes to us with a background that is incredibly relevant for today’s digital world. She has led initiatives and Agile adoption to transform business and this is an area where clients need help.”

“We’re very excited to welcome Caroline to our growing Auckland team” says Hughes.

Equinox IT delivers a range IT advisory, training and delivery services. These services include Agile coaching and training to help businesses and organisations deliver in new ways that are suitable to today’s fast changing environment.

Commenting on her appointment, Wardrop said “We live and work in exciting times, but it is also times where businesses must become incredibly adaptable and responsive to meet the changing expectations of their customers.”

“I’m really looking forward to working with Equinox IT to make a difference to these businesses by helping them deliver better results faster using Agile approaches” says Wardrop.

Equinox IT appointed Hughes to the Auckland General Manager role in April and the company is actively growing its presence and range of services to align with the needs of its Auckland clients.
