Bridgestone takes out Most Trusted Tyre Brand award

Bridgestone and Firestone again take out Most Trusted Tyre Brand awards

Bridgestone continues to uphold its reputation as the most reliable tyre brand on the market, again receiving awards as part of the annual Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brands survey.

For the second year running, Bridgestone-owned tyre brand Firestone was awarded most trusted in New Zealand, while Bridgestone was named among the country’s Highly Commended Trusted Brands.

The accolades follow another Reader’s Digest award received by Bridgestone earlier in the year, where the company was named a Gold winner in the Tyre Retailers category as part of the Quality Service Awards.

“We take our position as the market leader very seriously and it’s a position we work hard to maintain,” Bridgestone Australia and New Zealand Managing Director Andrew Moffatt said.

“These awards reflect our commitment to providing products of the highest quality, safety and performance standards for drivers across New Zealand.

“The fact that our customers recognise this commitment is very rewarding and encourages our people to work even harder to maintain our reputation.”

The Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brands survey has been investigating which New Zealand brands have the best reputation among consumers for the past 15 years.

“As one of the world’s most respected publications, the Trusted Brands survey provides consumers with a great source of information when it comes to selecting brands that will deliver on expectations,” Mr Moffatt said.

“Bridgestone has always maintained quality and safety as our utmost priorities and we’ll continue to do so long into the future.”

The winners will be announced at a Reader’s Digest event in Auckland on August 4.
