Senior Legal Executive Claire Maddocks joins Stephens

today announced that Claire Maddocks has joined the firm as
a Senior Associate (Legal Executive).
Claire has over 25 years’ legal experience specialising in the buying and selling of real estate, Wills, trusts and estates, Enduring Powers of Attorney; and asset planning. She joins Stephens Lawyers from another Wellington law firm, having begun her legal services with Public Trust.

Claire is an Associate of the NZ Institute of Legal Executives (NZILE), holds a New Zealand Law Society Legal Executive qualification, is a Committee member for the Wellington Branch of NZILE and an Associate Member of the New Zealand Law Society.
