Youi and Commerce Commission charges
The below can be attributed to Tim Grafton Chief
Executive of the Insurance Council:
“The Insurance Council of New Zealand is disappointed with the actions and processes at Youi, which have led to the Commerce Commission laying charges in the Auckland District Court. Youi has advised the ICNZ that it has speedily implemented all required changes to business practices to strengthen its compliance and to address these issues that were not part of its standard operating procedures. This matter will be considered by the ICNZ’s Board in due course.” ends
