Vikki Lane Bar & Kitchen Welcomes New Head Chef
Newcomer Vikki Lane Bar & Kitchen has been proving popular with Aucklanders. From events, to corporate lunches to a wine after work. And of course, the infamous bacon buttie breakfast.
The Auckland eatery is excited to announce a new head chef Aleksandar Dimovski. This young chef has previously worked at Euro Deli Café & The Art Ducko Restaurant and was also a pastry chef at Nautilus Restaurant.
Aleksandar is originally from Macedonia where his father owned four restaurants. He grew up in the kitchens learning the art of looking after food & customers in a very Mediterranean way.
“My style is clean, fresh and nutritious meals inspired by my Mediterranean upbringing,” Aleksandor explains.
“I’m really excited about creating new dishes for Vikki Lane’s daily specials.”
Aleksandar brings with him a wealth of experience and customers are noting his influence coming through in the Vikki Lane menu. This will be further reflected in revamped menu which will be out in the near future.
