Five ISPs are achieving better than 95% of maximum possible speed for ADSL and VDSL. (ADSL- Flip, 2Degrees, Spark, Slingshot, and Orcon), (VDSL - Voyager, Spark, 2Degrees, Orcon, and Slingshot).
