St Heliers beckons for Harcourts JK Realty Group
2017 will be an exciting year of growth for Harcourts JK Realty Group, with expansion of the Mt Albert-based franchise into St Heliers.
Keith and his wife and business partner Jill Findlay joined Harcourts in December 2013, with the establishment of JK Realty Group and commenced operations, offering real estate services in the Mt Albert area.
During the three years since then they have developed a thriving business with a staff of 30, a loyal customer base and earlier this year they picked up the award for the Best Presented Harcourts office in New Zealand after a major refurbishment upon an older building.
With over 190 Harcourts offices nationally, this award is highly sought after, but Jill and Keith’s beautiful building in Mt Albert, with its outstanding interior and exterior design, was the clear winner.
Jill says with their Mt Albert business thriving, they started to think about the future. And when the St Heliers office became available for purchase due to Kate Hargraves’ retirement, their path was clear.
For Jill, the move into St Heliers is a return to an area she knows well.
“St Heliers is full of memories. I started my Auckland career helping with the design of housing developments in this beautiful part of the city. It’s a privilege to come back and work again within the community.”
The established and customer-focused Harcourts St Heliers sales and strong property management team will stay on within the office. In addition, a small number of the Harcourts Mt Albert team will move across to St Heliers, including Business Development Manager David Findlay.
Harcourts CEO Chris Kennedy says he wishes Jill, Keith and the team all the very best.
