OUTsurance Holdings announces Management appointments
Youi CEO Danie Matthee has been appointed as CEO of OUTsurance, the sister company to Youi and part of the same South African parent company OUTsurance Holdings. Frank Costigan, Youi Deputy CEO, has been appointed as CEO responsible for Youi’s operations in Australia and New Zealand.
The appointments are effective 1 July 2017.
Group CEO Willem Roos welcomed Danie’s appointment and commented: “Danie successfully steered Youi on its course to grow market share by providing consumers with a viable insurance alternative through quality insurance products, pricing and service delivery. He started his career at OUTsurance 15 years ago, successfully rising through its ranks and we welcome his return as CEO.”
Frank joined Youi in July 2016 offering extensive industry experience focussing in finance, operations and strategy. Roos commented: “Frank bolsters the depth and experience of Youi’s leadership team. We are confident that Frank’s knowledge, experience and leadership equip him for the CEO role and that he will continue to provide strong direction for the business and our people.”
