Press Release on behalf of Mark Warminger on release of judgment

"The judgment of His Honour Justice Venning in the matter of FMA V Mark Warminger has now been given. His Honour has found in favour of Mr Warminger on 8 causes of action and in favour of the FMA on 2 causes of action.

Obviously, Mr Warminger is disappointed that the Court found against him on 2 causes. However, it would be inappropriate to comment further until We have worked through the judgment and what it means for Mr Warminger. Consequently, neither Mr Warminger nor Counsel will be making further comment at this point in time."
