Review of re-employment policies in New Zealand
OECD to launch review of re-employment policies in New Zealand – Friday 7 April 2017
Workers who lose their jobs when firms close or downsize can often face long periods of unemployment and, even when they find new jobs, tend to be paid less and have fewer benefits than in their previous jobs. The OECD will launch a new report on what New Zealand should do to help laid-off workers find a new job more quickly at 00.01 Auckland time on Friday 7 April 2017 (13.00 CET Thursday 6 April).
