Towards Solving Taranaki’s Connectivity Problems
Project Wi-Finding: Towards Solving Taranaki’s
Connectivity Problems
PrimoWireless is proud to be partnering with Massey University, New Plymouth Girls’ and Boys’ High Schools for Project Wi-Finding; a funded initiative under the MBIE Curious Minds Participatory Science Platform (PSP).
We are excited to collaborate alongside distinguished Massey Researchers and engage with the youth of Taranaki to investigate connectivity using wireless technologies. As Taranaki’s locally owned Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) we have developed and built over the last 11 years our own wireless network that provides fast reliable broadband in rural Taranaki.
We are looking forward to sharing our expertise and passion about wireless technologies and inspire these young men and women to consider the option of further study and careers in digital technologies.
We thank Internet New Zealand for their endorsement and sponsorship of the programme. The outcomes of this project are far reaching with possible replication to other areas of New Zealand.
PrimoWireless has always and continues to be committed to ensuring the people of Taranaki have access to the best broadband solutions for their home or business. That’s why we are investing in today’s youth, the entrepreneurs of the future.
