Every year the Canterbury tech sector gains in momentum and the Summit is a testament to the sector’s growth trajectory. The Canterbury Tech Summit has become a key, much anticipated event on New Zealand’s technology calendar with over 650 attendees last year.
Previous Summit's have showcased and celebrated local tech heroes, discussed the opportunities and challenges of exporting and explored future technology trends and the impact on New Zealand businesses.
This year the theme of the Summit is Grow. A stellar lineup of local and international speakers across three streams will inspire, motivate and challenge with topics including:
• The unique management challenges facing fast-growing technology companies, including the importance of culture and strong leadership.
• Opportunities for New Zealand companies to grow through export into a global market.
• Growth through adopting future technologies including AI & Bitcoin.
• Protecting growth through cyber security.
• Growing your business through strategic marketing, design thinking & digital transformation.
