FADC decision on financial adviser
The Financial Advisers Disciplinary Committee has published its ruling following an FMA complaint against an authorised financial adviser.
The FADC has made a decision on the penalties to be applied and has made a permanent order for name suppression.
The AFA has been censured and a six month supervision plan has been put in place.
