Top firm wins five of six deals at national law awards

At the prestigious annual industry awards celebrating excellence in the legal profession, the top tier firm was awarded five out of the possible six deal awards:
- New Zealand Deal of the Year - Allnex acquisition of Nuplex Industries
- Capital Markets Deal of the Year - Synlait Milk’s capital raising and dual listing
- Consumer, Media and Tech Deal of the Year - NBC Universal-MediaWorks for Bravo channel launch

- M&A Deal of the Year - Allnex acquisition of Nuplex Industries
