Volution Group acquires leading ventilation company, Simx
UK-based manufacturing and distributing company, Volution Group has acquired Simx Limited - a leading New Zealand designer, manufacturer and supplier of residential ventilation products - for NZ$72 million.
The acquisition of Simx is in line with the Volution Group's strategy to grow by acquiring value-adding businesses in new markets and geographies across the residential and commercial ventilation markets.
MinterEllisonRuddWatts advised Simx’s shareholders as vendors on the deal, with Partner Mark Forman leading the firm’s transaction team.
