Zodiak launches Airbnb Property Management Service

Zodiak launches Airbnb Property Management Service in Auckland

Zodiak Management has recently launched their Auckland Airbnb management service for owners of central city properties.

Managing every aspect involved in short term Airbnb rental, Zodiak provide listing management, guest communication, linen and cleaning services.

“Our goal is to position our clients’ properties as a premium, highly reviewed and sought after property in central Auckland on the Airbnb platform”, explains Zodiak Director, Stefan Nikolic.

“We achieve this by offering guests a level of service not often experienced in an Airbnb”.

Zodiak provide hotel quality linen and towels, restock amenities and personally greet guests at the property.

With a shortage of hotel accommodation in Auckland central, there is a real need for quality, short term accommodation options.

With the growing demand for such accommodation, Airbnb is an excellent option for those looking to get a great return for their Auckland property, while still maintaining a level of flexibility.

“Having the ability to come and go from your property when you please is a big draw card for the short term rental market”.

“It is often difficult to find tenants for short term leases when, for example, you are away overseas for several months. Using a service like Airbnb allows you to maximise on your vacant property”.

Zodiak offer two different pricing packages to suit different types of property owners and are currently taking on properties in Auckland central.
