Nikko AM announces promotion in NZ Equities Team
Nikko Asset Management is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael De Cesare to the position of Portfolio Manager within the NZ Equities Team.
Stuart Williams, Head of Equities, Nikko AM NZ, says the additional responsibilities are in recognition of Michael’s “significant contribution to client portfolios over the last couple of years. Within the flat team structure of the Equities Team, all the team members now hold portfolio management responsibilities as well as sectoral research responsibilities”.
Michael joined Nikko AM in 2012 and has eight years’ experience working in financial markets and corporate finance. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) having earned this qualification in 2014. He also holds a First Class Honours Degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham Business School, United Kingdom.
