Resignation of David Carr

David Carr has given notice of his resignation as the Chief Executive Officer of the Manager of Vital Healthcare Property Trust.

The Board would like to thank Mr Carr for 13 years of dedicated service and market outperformance.

Mr Carr’s last day will be 15 June 2019 or earlier by agreement with NorthWest
