Rachael Douglas Appointed As The General Manager Of The Arbitrators’ And Mediators’ Institute Of NZ
Rachael Douglas, who has held the position of Acting General Manager of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of NZ (AMINZ) for the past four months, has been appointed to the permanent General Manager position.
In her short time as Acting General Manager, Rachael has developed and strengthened relationships with the membership base and key stakeholder groups.
“AMINZ is fortunate to have a membership base of highly experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate people and I have enjoyed getting to connect with them all in this leadership position,” says Rachael.
“I am delighted that I can continue to build upon these relationships and drive initiatives that will ensure ongoing value to the important work that they do within Aotearoa’s ADR space. I would like to thank the AMINZ Council for their support, and I look forward to continuing to work closely with them, the Office team, our members, and stakeholders going forward.”
