Nominations For The 2024 Entrust Trustee Election Closed At 5pm, Monday 26 August 2024
The following 12 nominations were received for the five vacancies on the Trust:
An election is therefore required and will be conducted by postal voting using the First Past the Post (FPP) voting method. Voting papers, together with information about the candidates will be sent to Entrust consumers from Thursday 10 October 2024. Candidate names will be listed in alphabetical order on the voting documents. Voting closes at 5pm on Friday 25 October 2024.
Entrust owns 75.1% of Vector Limited, New Zealand’s largest network infrastructure company. Entrust is governed by five Trustees who are elected every three years by electricity consumers within the Entrust District (Central, East and South Auckland).
