Advanced Group Acquires Synergy Technologies

Advanced Group, a leading provider of technical services in New Zealand, has acquired Synergy Technologies, an IT managed service provider, delivering services to both large corporate businesses as well a small to medium enterprises.

Synergy Technologies, a Tauranga based business, aligns well with the Advanced Group.  Advanced Group provides a range of technical services including information technology, electronic security, data communications, security monitoring, call centres, as well as emerging technology solutions.

The wider Advanced Group provide services for large corporate and government customers, and the business has over 20 office locations across New Zealand. This acquisition complements the existing IT Engine subsidiary which is also a managed service provider.
