Roz Urbahn Appointed As Chief Corporate Services Officer At Pāmu

Wellington, Wednesday 23 July – Pāmu is pleased to announce the appointment of Roz Urbahn as its new Chief Corporate Services Officer.
As part of a streamlined leadership structure, Roz will lead a broad portfolio including the provision of world-class strategic health, safety and wellness; human resources, organisational development, and remuneration and benefits; communications and government relations; and sustainability.
Her appointment reflects the Pāmu commitment to performance, strengthening its organisational culture, stakeholder relationships, and long-term impact.
Roz brings extensive leadership experience from her previous role at LIC, where she was the Chief People Officer covering health & safety, environment, employee experience, organisational development & talent and HR. Her career spans senior roles across a range of high-profile organisations, including Fletcher Building, Vodafone, Foxtel, Frucor Beverages, Hudson Global Resources, and Lion.
