Real Estate’s Best Take Centre Stage At The 2025 REINZ Awards For Excellence

The 2025 REINZ Awards for Excellence awarded 46 prizes to real estate professionals from all sectors. The event brought together leading real estate agencies and individuals from around New Zealand to acknowledge and celebrate their achievements.

This year, a new award, Residential Property Manager of the Year – Team/Pod, was introduced to recognise and encourage the benefits of collaboration and shared success in lifting industry standards.

For the first time, the winners of the REINZ National Auctioneering Championships, and those who battled it out and won over in Australia at the Australasian Auctioneering Championships (AUSTROS), were also recognised during the Awards for Excellence. You can find that information below.

Lizzy Ryley, Chief Executive at REINZ, said the evening was a memorable one, both for the industry and personally. The Awards night was about recognising excellence, not just in results, but in values, leadership, innovation and community impact.

“It was a real privilege to attend my first REINZ Awards as Chief Executive and to witness the depth of talent across the profession,” Ryley said. “It’s clear from this year’s entries that real estate professionals in all sectors are not only navigating a changing market, but they’re finding new ways to grow and adapt, and support their clients. The standard was incredibly high, and the judging panel had some tough calls to make.

“Congratulations to all finalists and winners this year. Your commitment to excellence continues to set the benchmark.”
