Technology Outage Affects Customer Information Systems
An unplanned outage is affecting Auckland Transport’s customer information systems this afternoon.
Shortly after 3pm the AT website, AT Mobile app, passenger notifications, and passenger information screens across Auckland’s public transport network went offline.
AT’s technology team is investigating the outage and will work to restore these systems as soon as possible.
Public transport services still operating as usual
Auckland Transport’s bus, train and ferry services are continuing to run this afternoon to their regular weekday timetable and customers can continue to pay for public transport with AT HOP cards or contactless payments (credit and debit cards).
We would like to thank our customers for their patience while we work to get these systems back up and running.
