To our valued customers, we understand the news about GrabOne going into liquidation today has caused some distress, it’s been a shock for us too. We actually found out this morning from one of our own customers.
While Snowplanet has no assurance of receiving payment from GrabOne, we have made the decision to honour all valid GrabOne Snowplanet vouchers. “Our priority has always been our guests,” said Rojie Aguilar, GM of Snowplanet. “We don’t want our customers to suffer because of something beyond their control. Even though we may not be reimbursed, we’re standing by our core value to provide awesome snow experiences 365 days a year.”
Your unredeemed vouchers will remain valid until their stated expiry date, under the same terms and conditions. You can still make your bookings over the phone or by email with your 9-digit voucher codes, just like usual.
