PaperPlus New Zealand Named RoyMorgan’s 2025 Books And Music Store Of The Year
Leading books and stationery retailer Paper Plus has the most satisfied customers, with an average satisfaction rating of 83.4%, according to the latest research released by Roy Morgan, one of Australasia’s most well-known market research and public opinion companies.
In recognition of this, RoyMorgan has named Paper Plus New Zealand the ‘2025 Books and Music Store of the Year’. The award is given to the organisation that has consistently achieved the highest customer satisfaction ratings over each quarter.
Paper Plus Chief Operating Officer Carrie Welch said: “Winning this award highlights our unwavering commitment to our customers and the communities in which we operate. It is an affirmation of the hard work and dedication demonstrated by our entire team. We are delighted with the recognition.”
The RoyMorgan Customer Satisfaction ratings are collected from Roy Morgan’s Single Source survey annually. To be eligible for an Award, an organisation’s product or service must be included within the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction list for Roy Morgan Single Source and meet critical sampling criteria such as sample size.
