Brown Brothers Teams Up With That Green Olive’s Olivia Moore To Create Summer-Ready Desserts With Moscato And Cienna

Brown Brothers has partnered with cookbook author and food photographer Olivia Moore of That Green Olive to create two vibrant summer dessert recipes inspired by the fruit-forward flavours of Brown Brothers Moscato and Brown Brothers Cienna.

Created with New Zealand summer entertaining in mind, the recipes offer a fresh way to enjoy wine beyond the glass — perfect for long afternoons, warm evenings, and relaxed gatherings with friends.

Unique to Brown Brothers, Brown Brothers Cienna is a grape first developed in 1972 to suit the Australian climate. With its vibrant ruby hue and lightly spritzy finish, it delivers bright summer berry flavours, think blueberry, raspberry and a hint of vanilla.

In these sangria-inspired jellies, fresh berries, citrus zest, and a splash of orange liqueur and brandy come together to create a jewel-toned treat made for sharing.
