Pays A Special Tribute To Sir Peter Blake
SKY Television confirmed today it will screen a tribute to Sir Peter Blake on SKY Sport at 8.30pm tonight.
This special broadcast will be introduced by Murray Deaker, who will focus on Sir Peter’s career, his achievements and the legacy that he has left behind for all New Zealanders.
Murray Deaker said, “ Like all New Zealanders I am shocked. Peter Blake was truly a great man, a modern day adventurer and a person with genuine charisma.”
“His leadership and inspiration will be sadly lost; he ranks right up there on the pedestal reserved for the other great New Zealand adventurer, Sir Edmund Hilary” said Deaker.
