The Piano Teacher Will Screen At Film Festivals
The decision for the interim injunction to prevent the screening of The Piano Teacher has gone in favour of the New Zealand Film Festival. The President of Film and Literature Board of Review has declined the second application by the Society for the Promotion of Community Standards.
"We have had an opportunity to read the President of the Review Board's decision" said Bill Gosden, "and we feel confident that there will be no impediment to the rest of our film festival screenings".
