FRINGE '04: How’s Your Father?

GRIMMACE’s production of How’s your father? will give those in Wellington a new perspective on what they can expect from a theatrical experience. Matt Halliday and Gavin Harrington will show you what it is to be a man. With the help of Ekarin Teng, they have created a wordless piece, powered by music, which will make every man laugh in recognition, and the women cringe with realization.
Having gained Kakano funding, the boys are determined to make Fringe NZ proud to have supported them, with a production that audiences will find both hilarious and confronting.
Dunedin based GRIMMACE is a young company with huge aspirations. How’s your father? is GRIMMACE’s first fringe appearance, but it is surely the first of many. With youth on their side, the boys have energy to burn, releasing a style of physical theatre that throws them non-stop into the unexpected. You’ll have to see it to believe it.
