Get ready to blast away the winter cobwebs and jete spring as Christchurch limbers up to play host to the third Body Festival on, in and about the stages, streets and galleries of the city from September the 14th to the 26th.

To launch the jam packed 32 page programme for this years festival we are delighted to extend an invitation to you to join us at the programme launch.

Grok Academy and Tātai Aho Rau are honoured to receive a Māori Language Award. They are pleased that the Māori Language Commission has acknowledged Cyber Skills Aotearoa, an online cyber security programme for students.

Waitaha Kapa Haka: Waitaha-South Island Kapa Haka Celebrates 60th Anniversary

With its geographical reach spanning most of the South Island, the event, held at the Wolfbrook Arena in Christchurch, is geographically the biggest of the 12 kapa haka regions in New Zealand, and will showcase the best Māori cultural performances in the South Island. This year, the competition has the participation of 13 kapa haka teams, equalling the highest number in the event's history.
