Air New Zealand Fashion Week Designer Line-up Announcement
Wednesday 10th August, 6pm,
The Exhibition Room
Hilton, Auckland.
Due to scheduling conflicts please note the date of the Designer Line-up Announcement for Air New Zealand Fashion Week has changed.
Selection is now underway and the announcement of who will show at this year's Air New Zealand Fashion Week at Auckland's Viaduct will be made on August 10th at 6pm at the Hilton Auckland.
Organisers of Air New Zealand Fashion Week will also announce other new additions to the schedule for this year's collections (17-21 October) in celebration of the fifth anniversary of New Zealand's dedicated week of fashion.
Feedback from the fashion industry, media and the public has been unanimous in calling for more public access to the collections with interest in the ideas and creations of New Zealand's fashion designers at an all time high.
Managing Director Pieter Stewart still stresses the importance of the event as a trade show for the export market but is just as pleased to acknowledge the national excitement about the event by creating more highlights shows featuring in-season and Fashion Week garments from the designers.
There will be two "Best of .." Shows on Thursday 20th October and three on Friday 21st October. Tickets will go on sale in September with extra shows to be scheduled subject to demand.
