Auckland’s premier New Year’s Eve party is back again at The Civic Complex.

Like last year, Cuervo Bring It On will feature five rooms and six bars - The Wintergarden, Taj Mahai, Safari, Elephant, Civic Foyer & Veranda with special guest international hip swaying disco - tastic funky french house DJ Bob Sinclar and a huge local line up playing enough musical variety to satisfy the most discerning party-goer.

Who is Bob Sinclar? Bob Sinclar is a figment of the imagination of the pouting Parisian Chris LeFriant who as a teenager in 1988 started his DJ career, making & spinning hip-hop & acid jazz in the bars & club joints of France. Creating his own record label Yellow Recordings to assist in the release of the Black music - so beloved of immigrant populations of Paris, Le Friant began working with Daft Punk & then surfed the wave of late 90's disco flavoured house music. Le Friant then created the persona Bob Sinclar, suave & sophisticated seventies superspy & disco - man extrordinaire - the famous DJ, producer & remixer later responsible for the dance floor hits "Gym Tonic ", "My Only Love", "The Ghetto", "I Feel For You", "Save Our Soul", "The Beat Goes On" and 2005 global summer anthem "Love Generation" - a feel-good acoustic strummed European sing-along Summer top ten smash with vocals courtesy of Gary 'Nesta' Pine - leader of Bob Marleys Wailers.
