Wammo Moving On From RDU
26 June 2006
To all listeners and lovers of RDU98.5FM.
After 5 years of dedicated service to our station and his own show – Glenn ‘Wammo’ Williams is to finish on RDU Mornings on July 7th 2006.
He has accepted an opportunity from the new Kiwi FM and will be relocating to Auckland to develop his profile and position within the media industry. Glenn Williams has been a significant representative for the station over the years and it is with regret that we see him depart. All at RDU wish Glenn the very best for his new position.
The management now embraces the opportunity to develop our programme and has plans to bring a new and exciting format to RDU Mornings. We will announce our decisions in due course, but in the mean time, please tune to RDU98.5FM for the last days of RDU Mornings with One Wammo.
Regards,
RDU98.5FM
