Iconix Art at Toi O Tahuna Fine Art Gallery
Toi o Tahuna fine art gallery are currently holding an exhibition in their Arrowtown gallery showcasing new art creators Iconix Art. This new form of art uses state-of-the-art three-dimensional processing.
The striking images have been meticulously and painstakingly captured and executed using CAT scanning processes. These experimental pieces are believed to be a world first. All of the images are printed on to canvas and are produced in limited editions.
This exhibition will be the first time that the works have been publicly displayed and precedes an Easter exhibition at the Christchurch City Art Gallery
Iconix Art is using this new endeavour to help generate medical research funds in Canterbury. Ten percent of the profit from all pieces sold will be donated to support further medical research in the area.
The exhibition runs until January 14.
