Coco and Erik keep their trademark lo-fi sound and acid tongues, but have generally graduated for GENTLEMEN PREFER BOMBZ - the album belts out booty bass, electric guitars, dancehall and a few electro surprises.
Their first single 'Crimefighters' is another electric collaboration with 'the DoggFather' DJ Jizmatron. After his catchy remix 'B.A.S.S' in 2005, the new energetic 'Crimefighters' is a party anthem that has created a buzz climbing its way up the B Net and KiwiFM charts this summer.
Over 2000 frames were rotor scoped for their anticipated video thanks to animation newcomer Aleks Sakowski. Check out the notorious outcome at www.youtube.com/cocosolid
The second single 'Money Talks' is already warming up the airwaves with a ringtone worthy beat and a C&E vocal assault like no other.
