‘Putting on the Ritz’ at Hatherley Park
Tickets are selling fast to ‘Putting on the Ritz’, a fundraiser by the Friends of the Christchurch Arts Festival to support a season of international work in the July Festival. Co-President Sarah Bowman has been delighted with the response – “this is a fabulous opportunity to support the Festival with an evening of entertainment at Hatherley Park, one of Christchurch’s most stately and gracious homes. We are grateful to Julian and Debbie Truesdale for opening their home and grounds to us for the evening”.
‘Putting on the Ritz’ will take place on February 16, and will feature performances by the G&T Jazz Trio, a boutique auction, and continuous drinks and canapés.
Co-President Charlotte Montgomery explains “the Festival Friends is a way for individuals to support the arts in Christchurch and to ensure the ongoing success of the Festival”.
Tickets are still available from the Festival Office phone (03) 365 2223.
