Rock the Park 07

Over 10,000 people rocked the park at Three Kings reserve on Sunday as part of Auckland City’s free Music in Parks series, supported by The Rock.

Auckland turned up the heat with a balmy summer’s afternoon for the crowd to relax and enjoy an afternoon of Rock.
Australian band Eskimo Joe wowed the audience with an explosive set of high energy rock’n’roll.

The crowd went wild when Evermore took the stage showing them that New Zealand still claims them as their own.
Back by popular demand, The Feelers kept the crowd entertained with tracks from their latest album One World. Despite the afternoon heat, James Reid added to the entertainment when he performed at one stage of his set wearing a horse’s head costume.
Donald Reid delivered a finely tuned set of laidback rock ballads, topping off an amazing afternoon of rock’n’roll antics.
