All the way from Wellington, Cherry's Gemstones have a cult following as a result of their addictive combination of dizzying operatic vocals and rockin' beats. Jonnie Rose, fresh from supporting dub-rock heros The Slits, are making a welcome return to Auckland after their recent Wellington shows. Disco de Soto will inject a little alt country pop into the proceedings, and Ivy Lies, still buzzing from the excitement of their recent record deal, promise to rock around the clock.
