Whats Brown, Gooey And Loves To Party?
The Cadbury Chocolate Carnival is back, and you are sure to be hungry for more once you’ve tried our recipe for the winter blues!
Seven years on and the 2007 Cadbury Chocolate Carnival has as much variety as a box of Cadbury Roses! In association with the Dunedin City Council, the Carnival will run from Saturday July 7 to Friday July 13, with a programme packed full of enough creative Cadbury delights to tickle anyone’s fancy. We all know you can eat and drink chocolate, but have you ever painted, dressed or danced with this delectable treat?
Chocolate fountains, fire displays and toe tapping music will warm you at the Cadbury Street Party; while the iconic Giant Cadbury Jaffas Race will have you riveted as a jaw dropping 20,000 Cadbury Jaffa’s hurtle down Baldwin Street, the steepest street in the world!
A huge array of Dunedin attractions will add their own Cadbury magic to the Carnival fun. Curl up with a divine book from the library. Slip and slide your way round the Cadbury Ice Disco. Discover what makes a ‘Crunchie’ crunchy on the Cadbury World Tour. Swing out in style with the Cadbury Cabaret!
If your stomach leads your heart, then you will swoon! Would you prefer a hearty Chocolate Brunch or to unwind with smooth Jazz, a smooth red and sumptuous Cadbury chocolate? Cargill’s Restaurant has it all!
Ever thought you’d kill for chocolate? Flaxworks bring you ‘Murder by Chocolate’ at the Fortune Theatre. With ticket sales going towards The Malcam Charitable Trust and plenty of chocolate surprises, this touring performance is almost guilt free!
Cadbury Confectionery and Dunedin City Council invite you to our Carnival. There’s no better way to warm up Winter!
