At the 2004 NZ Music Awards he took away Album of the Year, Best Male Solo Artist, Single of the Year, Peoples Choice and Best Music Video.
His debut single "Stand Up" held the #1 spot for 12 weeks straight - (making it the longest running Number One single in NZ history) and his debut album "The Crusader" sold Gold within hours and platinum within days. Scribe is the only NZ artist to have ever held simultaneous #1's on both the single and album chart...and then it went quiet.

This Sunday, 12th August, at 8.00pm C4 will reveal Scribe's new offering with the exclusive premiere of his video"My Sh!t" along with a making of the video where we talk to the man himself.
For "My Sh!t" - the first single from his follow up album "Rhyme Book" (due October 1st) Scribe has collaborated with his original video director Chris Graham. And all will be revealed on C4 this Sunday at 8.00pm.
