Thistle Hall is a vibrant community centre in the heart of New Zealand's cultural capital. We provide a community hall, meeting room and Wellington's only community gallery showcasing a range of artists and crafts people, from the established to the emerging. Thistle Hall is located one the corner of Cuba and Arthur streets. The shows on at Thistle Hall Community Gallery are run by the artists who hire it.

Sunday 18 November 10.00am - 3.00pm Monday - Wednesday 19 - 20 November 10.00am - 4.00pm

In his first solo show, Andre draws on silkscreen printing, stencil work and paint to build layered works, showing small minimalist pieces and some larger pieces with further use of each medium. Also showing projected imagery bringing together skateboarding and abstract footage collected over a five year period.

Filmed and edited himself, some sections are also set to original music. Additionally there will be a small selection of NZ made hand printed t-shirts.
