They’ve just released their first album together now top Australian soul artist Deni Hines and jazz virtuoso James Morrison are teaming up to perform at the New Zealand International Jazz & Blues Festival.

The pair, who have been appearing together before near sell-out audiences in Sydney and Melbourne, will be performing jazz classics from their critically acclaimed album The Other Woman during their one-off Christchurch concert in March.

The aptly named album - many in the genre refer to Jazz as “the other woman” - is stacked with classics from Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, and Aretha Franklin as well as two originals of their own.
