Parent Help Line offers a listening ear, advice, support and suggestions for practical assistance to parents and caregivers feeling under pressure at Christmas.
Parent Help Line is open 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
During the Christmas/New Year season, however, Parent Help Line will open for reduced hours - from 10.00am to 2.00pm on 24, 27, 28 and 31of December and 3 and 4 January. The lines will be closed on 25 and 26 December and 1 and 2 January. Normal hours resume on 7 January.
