Top Motorsport Media Awards Presented
The MotorSport Media Awards were presented by MotorSport New Zealand president Steven Kennedy at the annual MotorSport New Zealand Awards on Saturday night.
Mike Stock, editor of Autotrader Magazine, Auckland, won this year’s MotorSport Media Award for Journalism while Christchurch photographer Lee Howell took the award for the Photographer of the Year – Portfolio.
The Photographer of the Year – Single Shot award went to Graham Blow of Wellington.
The motorsport media also vote on a Media Personality of the Year. That award was presented this year to Kenny Smith, the doyen of racing drivers in New Zealand, who has been competing for over 50 years.
