Holden New Vehicle Sponsor Fot Netball New Zealand

Netball New Zealand is pleased to announce that Holden New Zealand is the new official vehicle partner, proudly driving Netball New Zealand and the Silver Ferns.

The sponsorship is an outcome of Holden’s great affinity with the sport, as a major sponsor of the ANZ Championship and the Holden Netball Test Series that the Silver Ferns are currently playing in Australia.

Netball New Zealand Chief Executive Raelene Castle believes having the support of such a great brand will be invaluable to the organisation.

“Holden displays an immense amount of support for netball as a sponsor of the ANZ Championship and their understanding of the sport will help take netball sponsorship to the next level,” she said.

Holden New Zealand Ltd Marketing Communications & Sponsorship Manager Marnie Jane Samphier said the sponsorship had a perfect alignment with Holden.

“Having involvement with Netball through the ANZ Championship and with the Silver Ferns about to participate in the Holden Netball Test Series in Australia, it is a natural progression for us to expand our support for one of New Zealand’s most popular participant sports,” she said.

Holden is also the official automotive sponsor for the ANZ Championship - the new Trans-Tasman series that started this year between five teams from New Zealand and five state-based teams from Australia.
