SKYCITY Auckland Anniversary Poker Championship main event in full swing
SKYCITY’s inaugural Auckland Anniversary Poker Championship is well underway, launching into its second and final day of Main Event activity, drawing closer to the conclusive Final Table round.
Day one of Main Event activity kicked off yesterday with an impressive 119 players and confirmed prize pool of $119K, with first prize sitting at $35K.
The tournament’s Main Event Final Table, featuring the top nine players competing for first prize, will take place later this evening.
Players have flocked from all over New Zealand to take part, including large groups from Wellington and Rotorua, all here to be part of Auckland Anniversary’s exciting festivities and Poker action, hosted like only SKYCITY knows how.
