Nationwide Fuel Discounts Availble To 55 Plus
Seniors Card has announced a new partnership with Far North Fuels to provide discounted petrol and diesel for Seniors Card members aged 55 and over, at all Mobil service stations nationwide.
Far North Fuels provides a Mobilcard to Seniors Card Members, which gives access to the 300+ Mobil service stations around the country. With no application costs, annual or monthly fees, the fuel discounts offered are usually greater than those available using the Supermarket vouchers. Discounts are given on both petrol and diesel.
Peter Cox, Seniors Card’s Managing Director says: “As a member community that provides cardholders access to a wide array of social and financial benefits, Seniors Card is delighted to welcome Far North Fuels to its ever-growing list of companies offering discounts and benefits to members aged 55 and over. This new benefit gives even more everyday savings to our members.”
“This week’s news of a potential budget blow out for the Government’s Super Gold Card public transport scheme puts a question mark over its future. Many parts of New Zealand have limited or no free transport options anyway. However, people in the 55 plus age group don’t have to miss out on travelling for less; the Seniors Card fuel discounts are now available to them.”
Seniors Card estimates that members can save over $450.00 per year using its card, which includes an average $75.00 saving on fuel for members.
