Community Solidarity Dinner + Movie Night
Media Advisory:
Community Solidarity Dinner + Movie
Night
From: October 15th Solidarity
An awesome evening of curries and movies in solidarity with political activists arrested in 'terror raids' in the United States and New Zealand. The film 'Terrorizing Dissent' focuses on the events leading up to the Republican National Convention in Minnesota last year, and the 'pre-emptive' arrest of 8 political activists on trumpted up charges.
The evening will include speakers from the October 15th Solidarity group (www.October15thSolidarity.info) and the RNC 8 (www.rnc8.org), along with music and political stalls from various groups.
