BigKiwiGive set up to raise $100,000 for charities
BigKiwiGive.com set up to raise $100,000 for NZ charities!
Wellington, NZ, 5/08/09 – BigKiwiGive.com has been set up to raise $100,000 for four New Zealand based charities ($25,000 for each charity). BigKiwiGive.com aims to sell 400 sponsorship spaces to New Zealand businesses on their website to raise the $100,000. To find the winning charities BigKiwiGive.com will be holding an open nominations round whereby any New Zealander can nominate their favourite charity and then a second round, where the top 10 most nominated charities will be voted on by the public to find the four winning charities.
To date we have signed up a number of sponsors and have had a number of charities start to get behind the initiative.
BigKiwiGive.com was set up by Sam Swanson, a 23 year old from Wellington.
